Branson Robinson joined Stetson Bennett and Ladd McConkey as the third Bulldog to score multiple touchdowns. The muscular freshman took the first play of the drive into the end zone for UGA’s fifth rushing score.
UGA has scored points on 10 of its 11 drives. Nine of those have been touchdowns.
The Georgia defense forced its second consecutive turnover on downs to set the score up.
Jalon Walker, Mykel Williams, and Bear Alexander, all freshman pass rushers, have logged a sack in this game. To hammer home the overarching message of this game, the future is bright in Athens.

Bowers has the sixth-most receiving yards in CFP National Championship Game history, the second-most by a tight end.
Stetson Bennett is now 15-of-21 passing for 263 yards and 3 touchdowns with 39 yards and two more scores on the ground.

Kendall Milton hammered in Georgia’s fourth touchdown from a yard out to take a 24-point lead.
The Bulldog front has obliterated TCU at the line of scrimmage. Georgia has 148 yards rushing, compared to the Horned Frogs’ 15.
Georgia, which has scored on all five of its drives, has out-gained TCU 349-120 to this point. Brock Bowers has led the attack to this point with 117 total yards of offense.
Javon Bullard won the fight for an interception on an overthrown deep ball to give Georgia possession at its 34-yard line. Bullard already recovered a fumble to set up UGA’s second score of the night.
Georgia’s secondary has been as dominant as anybody tonight. The Bulldogs have limited a talented wide receiver corps to 7 receptions for 95 yards, 60 of which came from one play.

Stetson Bennett blew the game wide open and trotted in for his second untouched score. The quarterback could have walked in behind a convoy of blockers from six yards out.
Bennett has also impressed through the air tonight, completing 11 passes for 174 yards and a score while claiming Georgia’s single-season passing yards record.
Brock Bowers is blazing past TCU linebackers right now. The Napa, Calif. product already has 4 receptions for 78 yards.
Defensive side note: Georgia’s freshman pass-rushers are producing pressure early. Mykel Williiams and Bear Alexander tag-teamed for the game’s first sack and Jalon Walker forced a key pressure later in the drive to keep TCU behind the chains.

A struggling TCU pass attack got the spark it needed when Duggan connected with Derius Davis for a 60-yard gain. The quarterback was 3-of-6 passing for 5 yards before the throw.
TCU had more success on the ground on that drive than its previous two, rushing for 15 yards and a score on 4 attempts. It had minus-4 yards rushing before the drive.

Stetson Bennett got the Bulldog offense barking first, tearing off a 21-yard touchdown run. It was Bennett’s ninth rushing touchdown of the season.
The Bulldog defense took advantage of an apparent rattled TCU offense on its opening possession. The Horned Frogs started their drive with a false start before quarterback Max Duggan missed two potential chain-moving throws.
Georgia tight end Darnell Washington, dealing with an ankle injury, did start for Georgia. Amarius Mims logged his second consecutive start in relief of the injured Warren McClendon.
TCU’s leading rusher, Kendre Miller, will not play tonight. Miler, who finished third in rushing yards in the Big 12, sustained a knee injury against Michigan in the CFP Semifinal.

Darnell Washington and Chaz Chambliss are both dressed out for the game, with both players going through drills beforehand. Chambliss is dealing a knee injury and is wearing a brace on it. Washington is dealing with an ankle injury but seemed to move well while going through drills.
