Joe Biden was referred to as the ‘Big Guy’ by the Burisma executive who allegedly paid him a $5 million bribe and who has kept 17 audio recordings of phone calls as an ‘insurance policy’.
According to a ‘highly credible’ whistleblower, an internal FD-1023 memo created in 2020 based off information from a highly-paid FBI informant apparently details a $5 million ‘arrangement’ for an exchange of money for policy decisions between then-Vice President Joe Biden and a foreign national.
A source familiar confirmed to DailyMail.com that the foreign national – an executive from Ukrainian gas company Burisma Holdings Limited – referred to Joe Biden as the ‘Big Guy’ according to the 1023 form.

After a long back-and-forth between the FBI and congressional Republicans, including a threat of holding the director in contempt of Congress, Wray finally allowed the form to be viewed by lawmakers in a secure setting last week.
After reviewing the document last week House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer, R-Ky., told reporters the accusations contained in the form ‘suggests a pattern of bribery’ consistent with findings the committee has put out publicly.
It’s called ‘money laundering,’ he said, saying it fits within the pattern of over $1 million in Romanian-linked payments to the Biden family revealed last month.
However, Grassley slammed the FBI for the ‘disrespect’ it has shown Congress in the manner it allowed the document to be read.
‘The FBI made Congress review a redacted unclassified document in a classified facility,’ the senator criticized.
‘Based on the facts known to Congress and the public, it’s clear that the Justice Department and FBI will use every resource to investigate candidate Trump, President Trump and former President Trump,’ the senator stated.
He continued in to say the agencies haven’t had the ‘same laser focus’ on the Biden family.
Grassley added that he want everyone to remember, that he has read the full unredacted version of the form and will continue to press the FBI for transparency with the American people.
He continued: “According to the 1023, the foreign national possesses 15 audio recordings of phone calls between him and Hunter Biden. According to the 1023, the foreign national possesses two audio recordings of phone calls between him and then-Vice President Joe Biden.”
Grassley said the document noted the confidential human source as saying the recordings “were allegedly kept as a sort of insurance policy for the foreign national in case he got into a tight spot.”
He also said the FBI form “indicates that then-Vice President Joe Biden may have been involved in Burisma employing Hunter Biden.”
Trump’s former lawyer, Rudy Giuliani previously claimed that Joe Biden assisted his son with his business dealings in Ukraine—an allegation the president has denied. Hunter Biden has said he did not discuss his business dealings with his father.
According to Fox News, which has not seen the form but spoke to several sources who were aware of its contents, the confidential source referenced “the Big Guy,” who is said to be Joe Biden, but added that the Burisma executive told the source that he “didn’t pay the Big Guy directly.”
House Republicans who read the informant file said last week said that it describes how the elder Biden allegedly pushed for the ouster of Ukrainian prosecutor-general Viktor Shokin, who was fired in 2016, in return for the payment. The informant file also makes reference to Burisma seeking to partner with or buy a US energy business, they said.
Hunter Biden has been under investigation for about five years by the US attorney’s office in Delaware for alleged tax fraud, illegal foreign lobbying, money laundering and lying about his drug use on a gun-purchase form.
Two IRS whistleblowers recently testified to the House Ways and Means Committee to outline an alleged coverup in the Weiss-managed Hunter Biden case — featuring slow-walked decision-making, “preferential treatment” and alleged false testimony to Congress about US Attorney David Weiss’s ability to independently bring charges.
Hunter reportedly paid off about $2 million in unpaid federal taxes last year, with the money said to come from his “sugar brother” Kevin Morris, a wealthy Hollywood lawyer. The payment does not absolve him of the original non-payment.
In September, 33 Senate Republicans called on Attorney General Merrick Garland to appoint Weiss as special counsel to investigate Hunter Biden. On Tuesday, three Senate Republicans sent Garland a letter demanding a special counsel with a broader charge of looking into Joe Biden’s role in his family’s foreign business dealings.
President Biden denies ever discussing business with his son Hunter or brother James Biden— even though evidence has emerged that he interacted with their associates from China, Mexico, Kazakhstan, Russia and Ukraine, according to laptop records, photos and witness recollections.
