A topic of conversation this NBA offseason will be whether or not the Utah Jazz decide to blow it up.

Despite adding Kyle Lowry last offseason, Miami could be in for another star at the top of the offense. It might be surprising to see the top seed in the Eastern Conference re-shape like this, but if the Heat do not come away with the title, it could happen once again.
